In 2007 the directors of Fast Lane realised the need for a reliable and trusted source for insurance coverage of our clients packages and shipments. We therefore took the decision, unlike the majority of courier companies and internet parcel agents, to become authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority, guaranteeing our customers the best possible coverage and backup to their important deliveries.

In 2008 our expansion has included direct links with our agents, allowing our customers who place their parcel bookings online, to have their air waybills and customs paperwork (where needed) automatically compiled and generated for them. These are then available to print out and be ready at the time of their collection. The system will even print out delivery address labels to attach to their packages saving precious time to our already busy clients.
